Because our reports are digital products generated instantly, orders cannot normally be cancelled after the report has been delivered.

However, in rare situations we may review refund requests such as:

• If a report cannot be generated due to a system error
• If the same report was accidentally purchased more than once
• If there was a verified technical issue during the purchase process
